Don't really know why I'm doing this survey...possibly just so I have something to post...it's been a while. So yeah, now that it's 2007, reflections on 2006...
1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before? Hmm. First question and I'm stumped. This isn't promising. Oh! here's something...I choreographed a dance.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I haven't made a resolution in the past 2 years because i always break them and then it makes me depressed
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Nope...but my cousin-in-law is having a baby sometime in the next month!
4. Did anyone close to you die? i think people died...but i'm not really sure who so it doesn't count
5. What countries did you visit? none...been just chillin in Jersey
6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006? a clue.
7. What dates from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? hmm. hmm hmm. to be honest, no dates in particular ring any bells. was 2006 that uneventful? nah, i just don't remember dates. but there was the date of Last Five Years and the bounce show and Haverfest and customs week as an HCO. stuff.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Surviving freshman year in (kinda) one piece
9. What was your biggest failure? ::shrug:: lots. but why dwell on failures? most of them are insignificant in the end
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? besides being dreadfully ill a couple of times in winter, i've been alright. haven't gotten so drunk that i've gotten sick yet, after all.
11. What was the best thing you bought? the 812 pictures that I had printed out and then put into albums.
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration? whose didn't?
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed? the girl who wrote an article in our newspaper about fashion faux pas
14. Where did most of your money go? straight to washington dc...choo choo!
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Christmas! and being home for the summer with my friends!
16. What songs will always remind you of 2006? any song from L5Y...but probably most likely schmuel song
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) happier or sadder? ask me again tomorrow
c) richer or poorer? richer after my incredibly lucrative, absolutely maddening summer job
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? gotten drunk off my ass. ok maybe not. gone to visit my friends and family more

20. Did you fall in love in 2006? absolutely...i fall in love over and over again...
23. How many ...one-night stands? 1...2...3...4...too many to count.
24. What was your favorite TV program? ugh, to pick one? evil. no wait, nevermind...SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE!
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Nah...i have a distinctive lack of good enemies in the past year. sad for me.
26. What was the best book you read? best book...hmm...i think i'd have to go with the Eyre Affair. I've already read it thrice and only got it over the summer...
27. What was your greatest musical discovery? L5Y

30. What was your favorite film of this year? Love Actually...didn't come out in 2006 but that's when i saw it first. favorite movie of 2006, i'd have to go with pirates of the caribbean 2: dead man's chest.
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? when i turned 19, what did i do? casual get together if i recall correctly. i believe there was a fire and that was awesome. 20th birthday was way better though
32.What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? winning a nobel prize
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006? comfortable, baggy and warm
34. What kept you sane? my friends

36. What political issue stirred you the most? ha, you must be kidding...according to facebook, the issue campaigning to make "don't stop believin" the new national anthem
37. Who did you miss? my friends and my family
38. Who was the best new person you met in 2006? oooh, tough one...i'd have to go with megan, my very talented dancing freshman
